Stacy Kay is a dedicated and accomplished educator with 18 years of experience in the field of education, specializing in upper elementary and middle school instruction. She has supported diverse student populations in developing academic language and achieving success in her roles as a Two-Way Immersion teacher, Gifted and Talented Coordinator, and English as a Second Language teacher. Over the course of her career, Stacy has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing equity and excellence in education. She was instrumental in launching a Two Way Immersion program at the elementary level and supporting the program as it transitioned into Middle School. A passionate advocate for multilingual learners, she works to ensure that all students have access to meaningful, high-quality educational experiences. In addition to her classroom leadership, Stacy has served as a mentor to pre-service teachers and a coach to colleagues, offering guidance on effective, research-based strategies for supporting language development. She is known for her thoughtful work with colleagues planning data-driven instruction, and designing systems that foster academic growth and engagement for all learners. Her work is grounded in innovation, inclusivity, and a deep belief in the potential of every student.
