About me
This year marks my 28th year as a public educator, the first 24 as a high school English teacher, and the last four mentoring first-year teachers in the Madison Metropolitan School District. My deepest interest is supporting teachers in building communities of care that hold high expectations for every student. As both a partner and a mother of three, I am committed to helping teachers prioritize their own well-being alongside their professional growth. I welcome conversations about what it means to be an anti-racist educator, a building leader, a collaborative team member, a skilled teacher, and — perhaps most importantly — someone who has learned to juggle it all with intention.
