Welcome to ECTI 2026! You will be able to register for individual workshop sessions on Monday during our intention setting session.

Tuesday July 28, 2026 1:15pm - 2:45pm CDT
How can we use data to support coaching/mentoring conversations and plan for differentiation in the classroom? We'll focus on building a culture of collaboration, collective efficacy, reflective practice, and teacher ownership of student learning through utilizing data to inform coaching/mentoring practices. We will dive into formative assessments and analyzing student learning to inform next steps in instruction through coaching/mentoring conversations or in a cycle.

In this session, you will:
  • Use the analyzing student learning template from the Dane County New Teacher Project.
  • Use the results of an ASL tool to collaborate with student teachers on differentiation and instructional next steps.
  • Use coaching moves and questions in planning conversations.
